It can, it really can. For the most part though I'd have to say no. The only time I use the data is when a member is acting out in an unusual way. Generaly I have a bias for reporting members that are very new. Also, I've seen plenty of Legendary and Mythic members act horrible and get banned. It's always a surprise.
