I made a thread about this before but I can't find it. Sorry if one of the mods locked it. I didn't see the responses. They aren't mod chips and they are perfectly legal. You can use them to alter Halo so that you can do stuff like drive the wraith. [i]You[/i] don't change the game. You download saves of the altered game.
