Why most of you don't have a girlfriend
Your expectations are too high and you automatically set eyes on the hottest girl in front of your eyes you shallow -blam!-s.

I don't have a gf because I choose not to settle. I've settled too many times and it's not what I want. I will not be happy if I just settle for someone because they already like me. If the people are single for the reason the OP said, then they are making the right decision. Not the being shallow part, but for not taking something they don't want. I do have somewhat high standards but the reason why I don't have one is because I'm no good at making moves, even if a girl shows interest or says she likes me.

I always run the scenario in my head where I say hello, swap pleasantries, then have no clue where to go from there and I look the fool.
