343 Industries is looking for a dynamic individual with a passion for creating and perfecting online multiplayer experiences. The qualified candidate will be responsible for working with an existing design and sustain team to help maintain and support Halo's existing multiplayer experiences, as well as the future implementation of new experiences. Additional responsibilities include hopper management and synthesizing community feedback and player data to inform gameplay recommendations. As a member of the Sustainment Team, you will get to interface with community members, designers, Franchise Management and test teams, so legendary communication and organizational skills are a must.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Sustainment Team to maintain multiplayer experiences by recommending optimizations based on community feedback and player data
- Work across several additional teams to ensure quality
- Provide regular formal and informal matchmaking updates to the community across multiple channels
- Maintain a healthy relationship with the community and its varied subsets

You think SR 89 is a lot? Think again. There are already people who are max rank. I play only on weekends mostly but holidays are coming up and I might play more. At least I do not give of -blam!- about K/D ratio like most of you do. The way I see it is if I kill more, something is going right. I use the Light Rifle btw, I hate the DMR because it is so overused by anybody. I am good with the LR and I have no need to use anything else.

His knowledge of the gameplay flow and balance in Halo is what got him hired. The videos are simply a product of the knowledge. Like I said, the programmers only know so much about how the game can be properly played, which is why Halo 4 is on the verge of too broken to play. So what do they do? They bring in a community guy who has a ton of experience in every Halo online to help fix what they created. Besides, he's not going to single handedly change the entirety of Halo. This is good news. He has a lot of experience with competitive Halo and hopefully he'll help 343 change the playlists for the better (bring back Team Snipers, help them with the ranking system they're working on, etc). And to those of you complaining that he's just a community member and shouldn't work at 343; remember that Jessica Shea (bsangel) was just a [url=http://hawtymcbloggy.com/]blogger[/url] before she started working as the community manager at 343i.

There comes a time where you have to do what you can to continue to be successful. With the current "state of Halo", or more specifically competitive Halo, this is his best route. You simply aren't going to be successful enough to live off of in the competitive Halo scene.
