Fun fun fun.[/quote]Cairo Station: there still isn't enough ammo Outskirts: there's enough ammo but the fun gets cut short when you reach the tunnel. Also, using it against Jackal snipers is suicide Metropolis: there's plenty of ammo at the end IIRC The M6C's RoF means it's ammo will be depleted quicker.

Of course it doesn't compare to the CE pistol. Nothing compares to that overpowered God-gun. I feel like the H2 pistol is one of the best in the series. It fills its niche nicely, offering options and versatility at close to medium range, unlike the CE or H3 pistol. I like to dual wield it with a plasma rifle or plasma pistol for an insanely fun combo. Or if you're feeling like a challenge, dual wield just the pistols with a third in reserve (three DW weapon glitch) and go at it on legendary. Fun fun fun.

It's the best way to conserve Battle Rfile ammo. It's also more safer to use with the noob combo since you don't have to stay out of cover trying to get the headshot (when you're facing 4-6 Elites, autoaim can interfere). The Halo 2 Needler is the worst weapon ever. Almost impossible to dodge, enemies have bottomless clip with it. It's art is gone completely (reduced area of effect, no multiple supercombine, no supercombine on dead bodies) for the sake of a horrible function. The Needler should have never been made dual wieldable.

I cannot even begin to express my disappointment in the pistol in this game compared to CE's.

It always sucks. Possibly the weakest gun in the halo series. Well second to the Halo 2 needler. OT: Dual wield and spam. Avoid use in legendary. I recommend BR and Plasma Pistol. [Edited on 09.13.2012 4:18 PM PDT]
