I was curious to know what the score was on Bungie vs world, other than just world won. so i opened up Tender Loins' game history and a spread sheet. [url]http://www.bungie.net/stats/reach/playergamehistory.aspx?player=Tender%20Loins[/url] this is only Bungie day game's, not the warm ups. Total Games played: 130 Games won: 81:48:1 (world) (1=tie 50:50 at 8:25pm) Total Score: 5751:4931 (World) or 44.2:37.9 average (world) Steaks*: 156:52 (world) or 39:13 games (World) (*steaks when score had difference of 20+ and 50 kills total, team won 4 steaks(1 per player), also take into consideration the rules) I think i got the rules right 20+ difference and total 50 kills, note that there where 2 games won by world by difference of 20+ but total was not 50 (42:21 and 45:25) hope they aren't waiting for their food) Good job to all players I was very very careful to get this right but there is always a chance of human error. also last game was after 11:59 (12:07) but that might be finish time, either way it doesn't make big difference as it was 50:49(world)

Bungie, you guys know how awesome you really are. While it is depressing to see Halo go out of your hands, we all will wait for what you are coming up with next. Thank you for what you have given us! Thanks Bungie! Even though I couldn't celebrate as much as I hoped because of college summer school, I could help but reminisce on the fact that your games are what bound many of my friends together during times of need and despair. Many hours we had spent on Halo 2 doing the silliest things but having the greatest of times despite the fact that we all moved apart throughout the years, these sentiments were kept the same during Halo 3 and Halo Reach. Reading this was extremely rewarding for me as well as heartful, so I say to you guys at Bungie, truthfully, 7hanks, and I'll be eager to be at the reins of a new community, spearheading the support through whatever endeavors you guys will have in the future. -PokeWizKev826

[/quote][/quote] He may be very foolish in referring to a well-known creation [i]of another studio[/i] however his mention of Star may be valid. Bungie is known for creating epicly driven storylines and it's quite their style to drop massive hints to upcoming projects in seemingly innocent or background words at the time. One of the primary reasons of Halo CE's immense success was due to an incredibly rich and gripping storyline, one that actually involved the audience emotionally. Beforehand, nearly all previous game mechanics had been "Go here, touch this, shoot that"; it was mindless compliance with the outside storyline a mere afterthought. What is more powerful than hope? Even with this parting message they invoked our emotions once more, gave us hope as we would join together once again as we look to the stars. Personally, I believe Bungie will once again produce an epic storyline which they prepare us for even now, in which humanity as one, looks to the stars. Perhaps a Mass Effect style universe, perhaps Bungie's first RPG; whatever the case, I fully expect Bungie to deliver a new universe that will will shatter our pre-existing cognitions and if their poetic parting (last 4 sentences were MASSIVELY interlaced with possible hints) was any indication, they're well on their way.
