How dumb is bungie? they want to make a competitive playlist, yet they never make it right. how hard is to follow mlg's lead and just put in the official rules and maps. i dont believe its that complicated, quit trying to half-ass it and do it your way, its not going to make anyone happy and you obviously never get it right. nobody wants bungie doing the "competitive playlists" just keep doing the "fun playlists." taking DMR pro out of the arena playlist was the stupidest thing they could have done..."lets take all the skill out of team arena and let the bad kids armor lock and fly around all day" -someone from bungie...thanks for nothing. You finally add alot of skill into the game -DMR-, and add a rating system that seems pretty good to me, and then you have to go and ruin it...keep it simple bungie, let MLG run the competitive playlists and we will all be happier. Armor lock, jetpack, and radar on at all times....really Bungie?

WHY ON EARTH IS THERE NO "PRO" GAMETYPES IN ARENA? REGULAR DMR's GAMETYPES SUCK AND YOU SHOULD AT LEAST OF LET THE VOTING STAY SO WE COULD CHOOSE PRO. I DONT UNDERSTAND IS BUNGIE TRYING TO MAKE US LIKE THESE ATTRIBUTES SUCH AS "jetpack" and "invis" BECAUSE IF SO IT"S JUST PISSING ALOT OF PEOPLE OFF! [Edited on 10.06.2010 12:05 PM PDT]

By removing Slayer Classic / Slayer Pro, are there no more Slayer variants that are Sprint-only? I thought Slayer Pro, especially on Arena was great. Seeing as this is no longer in (and I'm assuming replaced by Slayer DMR's), what will happen with Pro? Perhaps Pro deserves it's own playlist, more so than zombies, SWAT and everything else that is less 'competitive.'

One of the best part of the Reach mathmaking was the ability to vote. Why in the world would you take that away in arena? Also does anyone else miss free for all ranked? Free for all was my favorite, now there is no competition on it.

The only things that I noticed that I didn't see fixed where the sequential hills for KotH and the "Bulltrue Betrayal" in Infection. You know what the sequential hill issue is, so yeah. The "Bulltrue Betrayal" occurs often when a player kills a zombie a split second after they die (it may seem that the two deaths happen instantaneously, but, by looking in the theater, one can see the lapse between them), much like the instances of a double headshot, but because they, upon death, switch teams, and this precedes the death of the other player, the zombie, it counts as a betrayal. I've seen people get booted for this. Fixing the betrayal system (which you did, kudos) should do some good for not getting booted, but if it happens twice, they're pretty much at the mercy of the guy who infected them. Even that doesn't account for the fact that the player [i]should[/i] receive a kill [i]and[/i] a Bulltrue, which they don't. You've probably already taken notice of that, I just thought I'd get this bit pointed out. [Edited on 10.06.2010 11:03 AM PDT]

Can we get Asylum fixed so people can't sit above the bases anymore. Put some Hard kill zones up there and teach the -blam!- a lesson. I really don't understand why you would fix something like rocket race so people can't just walk around but neglect fixing a major problem that's been staring you in the face since(most likely) before launch. Team Objective is a blast, but respawn times need to be tweaked. CTF 1 Flag with no one returning the flag, the flag returns to base point 5 seconds ahead of player respawns. Other than that, no further complaint.
