I've noticed in PvP that a lot of people are helping their guardians with their exercises in between kills. Any opportunity they get after a kill, they start doing squats!
It's so thoughtful that so many players are taking the time to make sure their guardians are in good shape, afterall squats will help with jump height, sprint speed, and not to mention a firm well-rounded tush.
So, to all you fitness fanatics, I applaud your dedication to your fitness regiments, that takes real dedication.

This is what I've been explaining to people. If you need to stretch your legs after you kill me go for it. You deserve it. The battle still rages on and a good routine of exercise will keep those cramps away. Keep limber guardians.
