Cryptarch Package Emblems
Are the Flow of Knowledge and Spectrum Theory emblems not yet obtainable, or just extremely rare?

Can't be obtained as of yet. People were asking this back in September. I've levelled cryptarch probably 30+ times since and not seen it. Or anyone with it. This is coming from the person that got all the Dark orbit shaders, ships, and a couple emblems in the first 10 packages. And Jade Rabbit the first week it was available.
