Why does it take me 14 three of coin to get an exotic drop and why have the only four I've gotten in the last 3 months (took a break for a couple of months) drop exotics at 290 as a 309 titan, 306 hunter, and 304 warlock? I mean, i know it's not guaranteed a 310 drop, but 290? Seriously? Just finished up the No Time to Explain quest which also dropped at 290...
