I think a big fix to PVP lag is to host PVP matches on Microsoft servers and PlayStation on SONY servers, but still use bungie primary server to keep track of score and content. Titanfall was a great example of what PVP on console should be like. I'm sure if bungie sits and talks to Sony and Microsoft this could be very possible and the community would be much happier.
