Destiny is Over

From the last 2 years (including beta + alpha and early access to the game from my connections) I've been playing Destiny a game which honestly started off rough but made its way through the rough patches and dents into a few moments of success and glory. However me being a recent committed destiny player, I have to say I'm hanging up the self ress for the time being. As you all are perfectly aware destiny is in rivalry with Tom Clancy's The Division. A 3rd person open world MMO/RPG were the city of New York has been wiped out by a biochemical attack on Black Friday causing massive civilian casualties and you are activated as a back up unit of agents to rise when society falls. I was extremely thankful, as I was chosen access to the Alpha as been playing destiny from day 1 as well as a Respectful Tom Clancy player. I'm not technically aloud to speak of specifics in the closed alpha but any worries you may have that concern you on not wanting to buy the game. Are none existent as the gameplay from pve to Pvp is very fairly consistent, with strategic planted gun fights advantage points over targets cover positions and finally skill trees and the loot systems. The game is already been nominated for Game Of The Year 2016, for the graphical designs and obviously back up from the community now holding one of the biggest community for any game ever made. I do have access towards the up-coming beta as well, and I can't wait another second for it but Tom Clancy have been teasing this game for 3-4 years having made about half of the destiny community wanting to transfer and don't forget Tom Clancy players and gamers that are fans of 3PS will also favour the gaming Bungie have even said quoted this actually
The game is revolutionary
The division is the future for most destiny players as sad as I am to say goodbye to those 2 years of pleasure and fun, I'm also glad to see a fresh face with competition as well as being glad to say bye to the Lag in the crucible and (personal joke to the Titans and Warlocks) those bitchy hunters. The main problem with destiny is the community as since half the community is leaving more or less I do not want people who are giving the game a chance to ruin it cause you've already ruined most of this game for everyone, can we all promise as a new start to not bitch and moan on the division and complain please? You will destroy a new revolution of games completely. Please share this message don't destroy our second chance at a good game. Thank you for listening. Edit 1: I am aware destiny will not 'die' all together of course not! I also know the Ubisoft disadvantage but you can't judge until you've played it for yourself I guess. Edit 2: Destiny is over doesn't mean it's over for everyone you like it? Play it. But some of us are sick of this community well I know I am

 • You are talking as if this game has already had a successful launch, it hasn't, it has only had the Alpha and you are already touting it as the second coming of Jesus Christ? As you are a huge fan of the Tom Clancy franchise I will assume you have played/are playing R6-Siege? Would you say that was a successful launch in regards to server stability? If you say “yes” to that question then you are clearly blinded by your Ubi fanboy glasses. Don't get me wrong, I am looking forward to The Division as much as anyone. I have pre-ordered the game and will be playing the Beta at the end of this week. What i have seen so far the game looks incredible but graphics, game-play and innovative/original features don’t count for shit with an online game if the servers are plagued with issues, R6-Siege being a perfect example of this. I appreciate that it’s a different studio to R6 making The Division but they are both in the same publishing house. If they have major server issues at launch that are not sorted quickly The Division will be slated as another one of those “could have been” games and if a lot of the Destiny crew will be making up the numbers then The Division forums will be just as bad as this one for negative, non-constructive bull shit. The Division has a far bigger marketing budget than R6 so there will be considerably more people swamping the servers on launch day and if they get overwhelmed from the get-go then it will give Destiny a break from all the bitching, for a while at least. Oh, and for the record, I was playing Destiny at launch and stopped just after the sparrow racing came out, I did put my time in but it’s now time to move on.
