So ghosts dropping as nightfall rewards have been a problem recently. As you take on the hardest strike of the week with friends or strangers it's more than just a disappointment when you obtain a 304 ghost when you're already on the endless grind for a 320 one and are stuck with a 316 ghost. But I have an idea to fix it. What if ghosts could be used to infuse into only weapons (left column of inventory) to increase light level/damage done towards it? Ghosts are inventions made by the Traveler literally made of light, so being able to infuse it into your new Arm's Day God roll primary would be useful. Even if it doesn't infuse as well as another primary it still gives another purpose to the ghosts and how you can use them. I like this idea better than just scrapping them from Nightfalls or the game in total. What do you guys think? Do you think it'll work?

Dude, I agree. My method, all weapons and ghosts can infuse to other weapons and ghosts. All armor and artifacts can infuse into other armor and artifacts. Then, even if the light level is lower than what you are wanting to infuse into, give one light per blue and two light per legendary up to a max light level of Destiny's choosing (in my opinion, 305 to 310 light). This makes the normal raid very doable and the hard raid hard, but you have a better entry point to start the hard with instead of endlessly grinding the raid and getting crap loot. Also, this offers more diversity because nowore weapons and armor could be reasonable for the raids.
