How to get back at Destiny/Bungie/Activision..
Trust me when I say, "I understand your pain and frustration!"
The crap RNG. The hold out of content for DLC. Dumping all our Year 1 efforts and having a lame asz excuse given to us as why we shouldn't be mad. Removed content. Deej. And all the many other examples of our anger towards this game.
I think we are so mad because we feel tricked and hoodwinked. I think we are mad and want to scream until we are heard!
The problem is this company doesn't care! They already have YOUR money. All they care about is getting more at the fastest pace they can by providing the least amount to get it. Pretty simple business. And they are not lessening to you in these forums.
So to my title: The only way to get back at them is:
STOP PLAYING THE GAME!
This is it. Throw it out. Re-sale it if you can but just stop. They make money off you every time you log on via advertisement. Hell they probably make money everything you come on this forum, I see pop ups ext.
Stop playing. Stop caring about this game! And in time it will Fail! And when it does you'll have your own self satisfaction.
Eff this game !

1 ReplyIt's only considered crap RNG because it's true RNG. It is truly random. Did you know that when Apple first released the shuffle function, people complained that it wasn't random enough because they would get a string of similar songs/songs by the same artist? This is oft to happen when something is truly random. What Apple had to do to make it seem more random was to actually make it LESS random, so that similar songs are not played close together. Bungie has made the Random Number Generation system truly random. Otherwise, it would not be RNG at all.

I was 2 weeks off and then xur is selling the damn 4th horseman that I had been trying to get since it came into destiny. Started farming strange coins and it just felt like I was getting no where. Almost seems like strange coins drop rate reduces when xur is here. Another way to keep players grinding. Seems that's all this game has anymore.

I would add to this... complain to those that are selling the game; if you are at a store and see someone even looking at it, tell them how they would be cheated. I have, and will continue to do so for the simple reason is that they don't care for their customers, only the money that they can get from people. This, IMO, is nothing more than what a scam artist will do to steal your money - and they (the scam artists,) if caught, would be arrested and charged with defrauding people - yet Bungie and Activision are getting away with it!

Um...there is no advertisement in the game, or maybe im just not seeing it. Activision already have your money, (stop blaming Bungie for holding up content), if you quit then you're only wasting your own money. Seriously, you're whining about not being able to use your Y1 Armor and Weapons on Y2? Get over it. Companies like Blizzard have been doing this forever. You work hard getting the best gear possible and when then next xpac comes you're back in greens working hard for the good stuff again. Don't like it then stop playing "MMO"RPGs.
