Now that I got your attention, I would like to talk to you all about snipers and how they don't need a nerf. Everything in the game has a counter, and Destiny is all about finding ways to use what you have equipped to your advantage. Theres three types of snipers, the hardscoper, the quickscoper, and the dragscoper. I'm going to be talking to you about how I personally counter each type of sniper. First, let's start off with the hardscoper, typically someone who hardscopes does it in an alley where they know someone is gonna run through and they have their reticle in sight of where their head would appear. Hardscopers play on lower sensitivities so one advantage you would have on someone who hardscopes is to jump straight up into the air and keep jumping their reticle will be way too slow to go up to your head and hit you, while you're jumping in the air start to shoot at them! NEVER go in the snipers lane after dying to said sniper. Sneak around them and flank. Just remember Destiny always has several ways to get to a certain destination, go around them. Secondly let's cover quickscopers. A very good quickscoper is going to hit you no matter what, but one of the main things that I find easier to counter a quickscoper is to jump and slide, it makes it a lot harder for them to get a shot in. Lastly, the easiest to counter is a dragscoper these people aim down their sights and drag their scope across your head or body and let aim assist slow down their reticle then they take their shot. Dragscopers go for the head more often than anything else so sliding is crucial for dragscopers as they miss if your head isn't where it would normally be. Something I found very affective is to never run at a sniper head on especially when I snipe it's very hard to hit a target that is running at you at an abnormal pattern.
