I main Warlock, but have played all three classes. Personally, I think Titan jumps are the worst because the sudden drop when glide runs out.
I keep reading about warlock jumps being bad, but I don't understand why. I would think warlocks had the best jump because of the control you get in the jump.
I think it's perspective based , meaning it all depends on the class you main.
Can anyone explain, and with your thoughts put down the class you main.
Edit: All interesting takes, it seems the majority has to do with PvP, which I agree with. I still think it rains supreme in PvE.
As for the recovery issue, because glide is slower and more controlled, I would think you need to recover less because you have more time to nail your landing.
Ghost, I know it's their opinion, that's what I'm looking for.

I love the warlock jump as well
-
Titan has lift not glide
-
Personally, I don't like it simply because I've barely played on my warlock. I'm not used to it. Getting more accustomed to it lately, though, because I've been on my warlock more lately.

It's easy to get sniped but great for confusing noobs. Titan jumps are great for speed and hunter jumps save me from a lot of miss ventures.
-
Its such a slow glide.. so easy to shoot while they are in the air.
-
It's probably cause they don't use focused burst . Titan I agree is dangerous , but good for straight speed . Hunter ismore controlled for precise jumping . Warlock is a nice middle ground between speed and control
-
Love my warlock. Love my glide No apologies from me😃
-
It is the easiest jump out of them all. But IMO the Titan jump is probably abit more sketchy since you can just drop from the sky.
-
It does suite Nova Bomb well as you can float as you chuck the purple death stuff
-
The worst, but not that bad
-
I think all the class specific jumps have their own pros and cons
-
Because in pvp its so slow that you get killed all the time usuing
-
So godamnnnnnnn slooooow.
-
I main a warlock and like the jump. Titan is my favorite for the speed. But I love my warlock jump too
-
For PvP it makes you an easy target. Even the Titan sudden drop at the end works better in PvP because it makes you a harder target to hit. In pve, it's not that big a deal.
-
Exactly. I see everyone say that it's bad, but I find it to be the best in terms of control. Especially from high areas. If it's too slow for you, Focused Burst is the best one to go for.
-
I feel you man I main a Warrick as well but the only reason why they say it's bad is your a slow floating target and the only way to make glide faster is focus burst. The other classes can get around the map pretty quickly.Titans have titan skating and hunters are just hunters.
-
You're a floating target in PvP. You're fucked when you start to come down.
-
Their big and slow in the air exactly why they can snipe and have the aim staying in place thing

Edited by Swiftlock: 11/27/2015 1:51:55 AMPeople say it's bad because it makes you a big, slow floating target in PvP. That's why. It's good for getting across big gaps, but gliding through the air is the equivalent of telling every player on the map to shoot you in the face with snipers and pulse rifles as quickly as possible, even with focused burst.
-
The Titan jump is the fastest to get around moving forward Hunter is the quickest vertically. Warlock is the most controlled and has the most hang time in air.
-
They are easy to snipe mid glide
-
I just feel so slow on the Lock. Focused Burst doesn't even really alleviate the sluggish feeling. You can skate at high speed on a Titan and Hunter jumps have the fastest execution.
-
Once you start going down, you're doomed!
-
Warlock is the easiest, most for giving jump of all the classes
-
Focused burst with high agility is what I prefer. I hardly ever floof the whole jump. It's all about the timing of your bursts.
