Hi all,
So, long story short, through some system error I've lost access to my old Bungie account and thus characters, the account is still active and searchable on Bungie.net (Nicko1805) though I can't get into it.
I've been on the phone to Xbox Live and there is nothing they can do due to the gamertag completely removing itself from my old email.
I really really don't want to have to grind out to get all my characters up to level again (been here since day 1) on this new account of mine so I was wondering;
[b]Does anyone know the contact email for Bungie to swap my old account onto this new one of mine?[/b]

You can't swap accounts. I'm confused as to how you lost your gamertag? Your gamertag shouldn't have been affected due to a Bungie account merge. You can merge or bind two accounts together if you have multiple (my boyfriend did this) and it carried his gamer tags and characters over. So I don't know what your issue would be. Sorry for you loss.
