Destiny's matchmaking is hot garbage on a soggy bun

Sick of trying to find people for hours to do a damn strike so i can get ToM. Forums are crap cant implement matchmaking? Doesnt take 3 bestfriends to kill a 270 mission.

They need to do what every other shooter is doing and place everyone in tiers so that way you only play players in your tier.
