Should bungie introduce blacksmith as a vendor in the tower which will allow you to alter your armour and weapons appearance and perks my merging armour pieces or weapon pieces to others For example If you like a rare items appearance better than a legandary ones you can convert it to legandary by merging the legandary armour or weapon. Or merge legandary gear with legandary and alter their appearance and same with exotic. And maybe even convert year 1 items to year 2 with silver or something like that? Yeah or nahhh?
