Reason being, we all have a family, job, and/or school. Therefore this is the easiest way to accommodate everyone's schedule. We are looking for team players. If you prefer running with randoms, then this clan is not for you! LFG should only be used as a last resort. Ask yourself this, why do you want to join this clan?
