What perks are better?
So I have a Treads Upon Stars that just dropped has a roll that's got me thinking. It's got Firefly, Triple Tap and Perfect Balance, I know these are very good perks, but the one I had has Reactive Reload, Life Support and Perfect Balance, which is better?
