Sleeper Simulant - Perk Petition
As You know the Sleeper Simulant is the most hyped gun the same as Necrochasm was. However the Necrochasm was a harder gun to get but even though it was shit. It was also prestigious to have it equipped.
Anyway Sleeper Simulant needs more ammo and more standard perks (More Range, Charge Time and etc.) the same as legendaries get different rolls. This is also a RNG way as you don't need RNG on your side to get SS. If get the SS with a good roll then RNG is with u and etc.
As you know the Sleeper Simulant Ricochets off surfaces but not enemies. So this is where I see everyone cry. Do you want the Sleeper Simulant bullets to Penetrate Enemies and Bounce off the Surface behind them (doesn't include enemies. Will still penetrate a whole train of enemies) or would you want it to ricochet off enemies?

EDIT: Yes my Main, the Hunter has currently equipped the Sleeper Simulant. However you can not view it on the App (same as the Touch of Malice when it came out) However you can inspect me and the gun in game and look at the gun normal!

Now that is a exotic perk! It's a good way for me to use against annoying shields such as: Hobgoblins, Knights, Phalanxes and Taken Vandals!

Should go from enemy to enemy. Honestly, for all the hype, the Sleeper is underwhelming.

What's your guys opinion on ricochet explosions? Every time it ricochets off a surface (or player) it will cause a small firefly-like explosion?
