This is a long story, sad to say, but it started with receiving my copy of Destiny: TTK. On the day of launch I never got the emblem/shader despite my pre-order code, I got the dances, class items, and those three shaders (clearly, I got the collectors edition). I heard Bungie was working on that and blew it off. Now due to some Xbox Preview program problems I had, I had to reset my Xbox One to factory default settings wiping my hard-drive and all its contents. After my Xbox booted back up and settings back to normal, I went to the Xbox Store to re-download all my destiny stuff (I have the Destiny year one digital collectors on there as well), but when I went to download the Suros Arsenal Pack it wouldn't let me stating that it is "Bundle Only". Obviously I can't re-use the code from my pre-order. As a second resort, I went to my library, looked under Destiny and it wasn't there either. Is it possible to get it back? It was on my hard-drive prior to the wipe but I couldn't put it on a flash-drive to save the hassle. I needed a whole other hard-drive to do so, which I don't have.

Hi MythicLoner, You may want to try restoring your licenses. Here is a guide on how to do so: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181
