Hello, I had to use a different PS4 to log on to my account over the weekend. The owner of that PS4 had pruchased the collectors edition upgrade to get the in game items. When i logged on to my account, those rewards were also presented to me but I did not purchase them. To be safe, I deleted all of the items off of my character. I have just now purchased the items myself but they have yet to show up. My guess is the system already detects that I have been given them already. Please advise if there is something that can be done, if not, what would the process be to request a refund for the $20. Thank you for your help.
