Can we change the Graviton Forfeit perk?

Sure, it provides Shadestep. Problem is, it's not like it was that tough of a decision anyways. Besides Shadestep, all of the perks in that column suck. There's next to no point to them. Enemies don't stray far enough for tracking to be that useful (doesn't last that long either), enhanced radar isn't worth having a separate perk for, increased sprint/crouch speed doesn't add that much, and how often do you need to see chests or materials [i]and[/i] dodge with Shadestep? Not to mention, why on earth would I want to make my Shadowshot a trap??? From what I can tell, enemies react to Shadowshot with the same AI properties as they do to Voidwall grenades. Meaning that they almost never walk right into it unless it's in their face. If it increased Shadestep distance or recharge, that would be completely different. What do you guys think about it, though? Am I looking at it the wrong way or something?
