Exotic Engram
So, I just purchased an exotix engram from Xur. Once it was decrypted, the attack value was Year 1 (160).... 31 strange coins... Even if this is normal for everyone, there is no incentive there when I could have purchased three of coin for much cheaper to increase my chances of getting a year 2 exotic. Although it was an exotix I did not have before now I'll have to use legendary marks in order to make it optimal. Why not give Year 2 exotics for 31 strange coins, Bungie??
