Illusion of Light Emblem Gone

Illusion of Light, the emblem pictured above. I've had it since the beginning of Destiny through my CE edition. Using a code to redeem it. I had it all throughout Year 1. When the Kiosks popped up I figured that it would show up in my Emblem kiosk so I deleted it to make room.
Now I check my Emblem Kiosk and see that it's not there. It should be in the Promotional page but it's no where. I tried redeeming the code again on my account and it gave me the error that I already have it redeemed.
So where has the Illusion of Light emblem gone? Is it gone forever?
