Exotic Faction Class Items
Anybody else notice that the perk for double reputation gains is broken at the moment? Tested it in multiple areas and events, only to find out that it has no effect. Anybody else have this problem?

From my calculations the exotic faction class item yields an extra 10% (rounded down) towards faction reputation. 10% is pretty awful for the time it took to gain it. I'm just glad I was over rank 25 before TK dropped as it's even harder to gain faction ranks now. Patrol rep has been nerfed. In general all activities you get more vanguard/crucible rep than the faction. Even if your wearing the exotic class item. Why?!?! For the loss of radiant light the cloaks should equate to 25% faction rep gain or at the very least swap so we get more faction rep than vanguard/crucible.
