Flayer Cloak
Hey guys, Just wanted to ask if anyone had any luck with getting the flayer cloak and was it on heroic? or on the map (the strike) I want to see if RNGjesus is with me but yea is the lvl 20 one okay?

It's on my hunter at the minute. Looks garbage on the app. I recieced mine from just doing the level 36 version. I think it was my 5th strike so my vanguard streak was quite long.
