Ranking up faction in PvE does not yield a package at the vendor.
This is the case for Dead Orbit, the only faction I'm allied with, on all 3 characters, so don't know if the same problem exists with FWC or New Monarchy. Vanguard packages turn up as expected when ranking up in PvE by turning in bounties etc.
Only ranking up directly at the vendor results in the package dropping correctly.

Same i just got a class item and strange coin only. I had room. Its a bit. Rip orbit!

I've had the the problem where turning in motes of light leveled up 5 times and only received 1 package

I have ranked up in the field and had a package waiting for me at the tower. This needs to be fixed A.S.A.P. I would be infuriated if that happened to me
