Xbox one taken king add on unavailable
I have come home from work so buzzing to download the taken king add on for destiny but it says it is unavailable on the marketplace and it won't let me do it through the missions in orbit either ! Anyone else experienced this ?

It's been over 2 months and this is still going on. I've been playing TTK since launch day but now it won't recognize that i have it and the xbox one store says it's "unavailable"

I'm having the same problem in ps4 I don't have any other dlcs tho I think you need to purchase previous dlcs to buy ttk

1 ReplyYes they do! The way to purchase it virtual ONLY is to go to the mission on Mars then it will pull up a purchase screen

still not working for me.. i called xbox and they said that they are willing to do a credit for the difference in the meantime. At least they are offering solutions, unlike bungie who don't respond, update or give any sort of info to help out. Really disappointed!!!!

(Update: From what I have heard from people this method should work for all versions of Destiny.) Step 1: Select Destiny from your main screen and selection options. Step 2: Click on Manage Game. Step 3: Click on Destiny Expansion Pass (This is what the code downloads directly) Step 4: Scroll over to where it says compatible. Here it should show an image of Destiny TTK legendary edition. Same here. Says unavailable when I try to buy the $40 version add-on. Nothing happens in the director in Destiny when trying to purchase it as well.

Help my Xbox 1 I inserted the taken King disc and it has not unlocked any taken King content

In the initial screenshot provided, the version that was shown will show unavailable until Destiny: The Taken King is purchased. I see now that this issue is applying to all offers.

I think i found what is causing this annoying issue, if i go to my dad's account he can buy it, it's not marked as unavailable, but me and my brother's accounts can't... Although we are both marked as adults... I haven't found a way to change that

On Xbox market I go to buy $40 the taken King DLC and it says unavailable where the price usually is... It works for the 59.99 and 79.99. But I ain't got that kind of money Bungie #Help

It's strange, I have changed console system language from my native Russian to English (US) and there is Taken King bundle is available for download. Then switched to Russian again, it is still here!

1 ReplyI'm having the same issue as most people. I go to purchase The Taken King Digital download edition on the Xbox one store and it says unavailable. I've tried multiple ways of getting to the right bundle to download, and it still says unavailable. I even was referred by a Microsoft agent to Destinythegame.com and to purchase it there, and it says not available. Any idea when we will be able to purchase the digital download edition? I uninstalled my whole Destiny game and am currently reinstalling everything that is required again to see if it fixes this issue.

1 ReplyI sadly have Strict NAT But my friend has Moderate NAT But he can purchase TTK from the game itself, So this problem may be because of our NAT, Can you guys please check what NAT mode you are on? You can do this by going to your settings on your Xbox one, Wifi, And it tell you there. Just trying to see what's causing this problem.

So the question is: for people who bought TTK AFTER the ttk launch that didn't have one of the year 1 expansion, are you be able to buy TTK from the marketplace after you bought the expansion you did not have? I hope I explained myself well...

5 RepliesI too cannot seem to find the $20 add-on. I would really like the emotes haha. Anyway, I was directed to the webpage of xbox one and it shows the addon as not available, here's the kicker though... I am on 360 and they don't even have the add on in the marketplace. So as a 360 player it isn't even an option. My friend told me that if I loaded Destiny up prior to putting in my TTK code I could have purchased the add on in-game by selecting the TTK cinematic. Well, hind sight right? So now I have no way as a 360 player to purchase the $20 add on. If someone, anyone lol, can clarify I would be greatly appreciative. Thanks in advanced.

Xbox one taken king still unavailable! That's been over 24 hours now! Please let us know you have identified that there is a problem with the Xbox one dlc because this is beyond a joke ! Anyone got a fix or heard anything.

16 RepliesI seem to have found a fix. Open up the Xbox store and install the purchased items from there. Seems to resolve the issue.
