I've really come to enjoy control on vertigo but I'm starting to think that it may not be a very well balanced map. I usually go straight for B and once that point is taken the game seems to become more or less decided. Since most people stay at the starting zones one team has C and the other one has A. Once B is taken, it is not too difficult to defend from the opposing team, especially if there is more than one person defending it. With B pretty much locked down the logical choice for the opposing team is usually to go for A or C (whichever they didn't start on) in order to get two zones and attempt to draw us off of B. The problem with that is, is that the moment I see a red outline start to form on either A or C, I can just walk through the teleporter at B and gain a perfect vantage point on both A and C from which it is fairly easy to take out whoever is trying to take them with either my pulse rifle, or even more easily if I happened to have my golden gun prepped. After the enemies are cleared it takes less than ten seconds to make my way back to whoever was left at B and repeat the process if the enemy team should try again. While it feels very empowering to be able to control the entire map from this one location, I'm starting to get the feeling that it might not be entirely fair. What are everyone else's thoughts on the situation at Vertigo?
