Last year you gave us an update where we got more Vault Space from 20 to 36 that was okey enough in Dark Below, but in House of Wolves it wasn't enough. When we asked for more again you said you couldn't because Xbox 360 & Playstation 3 couldn't handle all of that, but now in The Taken King you will double the Vault Space by giving us a Page of more Slots for all 3 sections. So why can't you start selling out 1 Page [36 Slots] of Vault Space in Xbox Store & PSN Store for 20$ each page? Because then you give us more Vault Space trough DLC Packs instead of updates so Xbox 360 & Playstation 3 can handle it so long they got enough Storage Memory. Hell I would gladly buy 10 Pages of Vault Space for 200$ I love collecting Weapons & Armor in Destiny :)

Edited by Endless Spheres: 9/2/2015 6:57:45 AMThat's not how it works, pal. Update or not, last-gen consoles simply don't have the memory to support Vault Space behind a paywall. The PS3 and Xbox 360 have a very limited amount of RAM. 512MB, to be exact, some of which is used by the OS. This is very small by today's standards. Your smartphone (assuming you have one) has more memory than those consoles. Memory Management is how efficient you can be with using and freeing up memory. Previously, Bungie claimed that there wasn't enough space before because of memory, that was then, but now, Noseworthy claims that the dev team found 1MB of space that wasn't being used. When dealing with something like this, that's a lot of space. So now, last-gen gets double the Vault Space, and current gen gets parity. You can't just charge $20 and have more Vault Space, that's like downloading RAM. Last-gen is tapped out on memory. I'm surprised we even got an increase at all, even if it was at the expense of having them put the icons in tabs rather than on one page. The only solution for a massive increase in Vault Space is to not support last-gen models. Current gen has 8GB of RAM, 5 of which is available for use. That's larger worlds, more detailed environments, more Vault Space.
