Idea Bungie! I know how to appease all the masses! We get it, all exotics will eventually become Y2 standard. Well, screw those. Most people I see on the forums or in PvP matches seem to have closer attachments to their LEGENDARY weapons. What if you gave everyone from Y1 a one-time use item that fully upgraded ONE LEGENDARY OF OUR CHOOSING to Y2 value? People from Y1 will go nuts if you do this! It would give all of us something to cherish from a good first year and something for the Y2 new guys to covet. It's a bit more useful than an emblem that, let's be honest, most people won't even use. I for one would love to take my The Devil You Know forward into new content and I wouldn't be so salty with the 1300 hours I've put into the game. Yay or nay?
