Unlike my Bounty post, which was original, the gun itself did actually exist in Destiny, but was scrapped before the beta publicly released. Later on, I'll try to get a picture of the gun on here, but first, here is the gun itself, known as the "Ancient Ally." [u]Description[/u] Grimoire: "Ancient Ally." [spoiler]"An ancient weapon, modernized to be a true tool of destruction." What is known of this weapon goes as so: this weapon was being developed during late Golden Age, but was originally lost to the Collapse. It was intended for standard use by all military personnel for the Old Earth empire known as Russia. This gun is the first of its kind, being able to change firing rates on the fly, as well as change elemental damage mid-combat. It is unusual for humanity to develop such a monstrous weapon. Perhaps this gives us some clues as to just what caused the Collapse; in this case, maybe it was sentient beings that had to be fought. For now, we do not know.[/spoiler] This gun is a new weapon type, called "Multi Rifle." According to the picture of the weapon, one of its perk trees enabled it to change firing rates. I will admit, I changed, added, and took away some things. The gun looks almost exactly like its Common counterpart, except the magazine looks like a drum, instead of square. As well, there are some added external parts, which are yellow colored. [u]Perk Trees[/u] Tree 1: Scopes. [spoiler]Perk 1A: "Broken Visor." It is the same visor that comes with the real gun. "Modest zoom. Light and snappy. Agile." Perk 1B: ".02-KHV." It is also rectangular, but is more vertical, with a rectangular crosshair. "Low Zoom. Extremely light. Aiming speed is increased." Perk 1C: "RSP Scope." This scope is circular, with a similar crosshair. "Farthest zoom in class. Heavy. Rewards a precise hand."[/spoiler] Tree 2: Firing Rates [spoiler]Perk 2A: "Scout." "This weapon fires semi-automatic rounds one at a time." Perk 2B: "Pulse." "This weapon fires rounds in three-shot bursts." Perk 2C: "Auto." "This weapon fires fully automatic rounds."[/spoiler] Perk 3: "Ancient Ally." [spoiler]"The second half of the magazine deals Arc damage."[/spoiler] Tree 4: Added Perks. [spoiler]Perk 4A: "Penetrator." "Steel-cored rounds overpenetrate targets, staggering them, and leaving them reeling. Due to mass, aiming while firing is hindered. Perk 4B: "Fitted Stock." "Weapon stability is increased." Perk 4C: "Luck in the Chamber." "Missing a shot has a chance to return ammo directly to the magazine."[/spoiler] Perk 5: "Upgrade Damage." As well, the perks have been changed, but some have stayed.[/u] [u]Added Features[/u] Once you reached the second half of the mag after getting the "Ancient Ally" perk, the gun would begin glowing with electricity, like Thunderlord. As well, the gunshot sounds would sound like Vestian Dynasty. However, once you reloaded or ran out of bullets, those would cease until next time. Thanks everyone!
