What exactly does the Tilt skull do?
It says it "modifies" damage tables. But it doesn't say HOW it modifies them.

FML![/quote]They still damage, they just damage it like you are throwing sand at it. In Halo 3 on heroic, it took 14 Sniper rifle head shots to take out a Brute Body guard with Tilt and Mythic on.
