This is an idea that has been circling in my head for weapons. I just want this to be out there. Also credit to the people who have also thought the same thing and has said it before me (if you're out there). I feel like we should get materials and go on a quest to get a specific material to make our own customizations on our weapon. Like make our own scope, barrel, grip etc. And those modifications you make (determining on the material and that quest material you got) determines how it effects your weapon's damage, accuracy, range etc. Like the weapon will have it's own base stats and the uniqueness of the modifications you made is what makes your weapon, your weapon of choice when it comes to stats. This is just an idea that I've been thinking about.. So yeah.
