A Proposal for @Bungie
Since we're seeing an upgraded Stranger's Rifle through "No Time To Explain", I have an idea for another upgrade. Is there anyway there could be a quest line where we go back to where we found the Khvostov and go through a decent-sized quest to get an exotic Khvostov? I don't think I'm the only one who would want this. Opinions?

they might already have it. the exotic khostov has been talked about on the forums since the game came out so youre gonna need to wait
