I started my first game of this current Iron Banner on Aug 1st at 8:49 PM. We created a fire team of 3 people before entering Iron Banner. I was not the fire team leader. I was on level 0 with 0/100 reputation. We played the following 3 matches, losing the first two and then winning the 3rd: Shores of Time 8/1 8:49pm - loss The Burning Shrine 8/1 9:10pm - loss Exodus Blue 8/1 9:23pm - win At the end of Exodus Blue, The Fire Team leader kicked us to Orbit while the match summary screen was loading so we could add a forth person to our fire team. When I checked my rep, I was still on level 0 0/100. My medallions were gone. I saw that I did have progress on my bounties and I did receive crucible rep. I had all reputation boosts for rep activated. I did notice throughout the weekend that there were matches where we won and my rep score stayed the same. This only happened when I was on a fire team. I checked with everyone else on the fire team with every instance, and then said that they had received their rep.
