This guy is exactly right!

So I was browsing the forums and this guy is probably one of the smartest people I've ever seen lol. Whaddya think?
The sad truth is this: there is a giant miscommunication between Bungie and their players. Let's take an example to shine light on the gap between player feedback and "fixing issues." I'm sure you can think of plenty, so I'll just list one for now. 1.) Loot Caves - The Problem: Players were not being rewarded with enough substantial and interesting guns, loot, and ways to achieve new tools. So, players did what players do, they innovated. They created a new solution to their problem, which was exploitation. The Solution: Add a joke to the loot cave, eradicate them, and tell players that engrams would be better rewarded through activities. This is one of many well-intentioned, but failed, attempts at confronting the player's issues. In the end, the problem hasn't been fixed, the exploitation has. Bungie needs to ask themselves, "what led players to do this?" This comes down on you, Bungie. Not us. The problem is not that Bungie does not hear us. They do. The problem is that they are are focusing on the actions of players, not the gameplay institutions that lead players to their actions. I respect Bungie, Deej, and Destiny. If I had no love for this company that I grew up with, I would not be angry. Anger is the inability to change something, and while Bungie hears our anger, they have no idea why it exists. Our actions are not the problems to be patched and banned. We love what this game could have been as previewed at E3 2013. Friends flying into our worlds in their ships. Direct loot drops reminiscent of Diablo 2's addicting system. Massive PvE events where fire teams dropped into our worlds to join our fights. Sadly, some have forgotten this Destiny. We loved this. We still do. Running raids continuously, playing hours of horde mode in PoE, extremely repetitive strikes, only to be met with more of the same and an extra subclass? Same problem, same content, new amazing artwork and sound design. This is not my Destiny. No. I need satisfying, complete, and cohesive gameplay. As long as Bungie's answer is "here's more of the same content," as it seems with The Taken King, I will remain disappointed and hopeful that maybe, just maybe, the people who pioneered this dream will come back and revive this shard of a complete game. Side note: If this is somehow read by any team member who worked on the art or soundtrack for this game, you are amazing. You've done amazing work. I hope those conceptualizations are still brimming with life, and I'm sorry to see the worlds you've created being Taken for granted.
