Pokemon storage beats Destiny
So I saw this in a feedback and wanted to highlight it. Why is it.. That on a next gen console, with hundreds of millions of dollars at their disposal, Bungie cannot complete a simple task such as storage? Oh we have to make tough choices and give up some guns and armor? Well Nintendo never made us give up pokemon even though we could only hold 6 at a time. You guys get where I'm coming from? A game boy has better storage options in a game then a PS4/XboxOne game.. That's kinda pathetic Bungie

I think they don't want you to have storage space. If you could keep all of the great guns you find, why buy more DLC?

Gotta catch all the exotics! Hahaha, now I'm imagining how bad pokemon would have sucked if it had the same storage space as destiny and we were forced to release pokemon to make space.

I was thinking this exact same thing months ago. You need to keep in mind that the size of a Pokemon is extremely small, but I'm sure if they reworked the way weapons are stored, it can be increased.

I think they just need to make pages for each of the groups. That would increase the vault space by a ton, and still allow us to keep the weapons we want. Idk, I never have storage problems. I have three characters, and I pretty much only use one set of armor for each, and they each have their own load out. As long as you don't hoard weapons, and bungie makes vault pages, I think it'll go pretty smoothly.

Im no expert but i think its because if they would have made it any bigger all kids on 360 and ps3 wouldnt have ben able to play. = less money

Fair statement. Never thought about it. Haha. I don't know what comes into play when it comes to making more storage available, but it seems simple enough to implement such a simple task. Why limit what your gamers on what they can have in storage or just limiting storage in general. I don't buy the whole last gen consoles holding us back at all. If that was the case you should've seen that one coming a mile away. Why waste time releasing a game for last gen if you know it was going to holdback current gen. Does that make sense? Bungie and their poor excuses of nerfing weapons and not being able to put in this and that is because your whole company sucks as a whole, and half of your better employees have left you to eat dust in the wind. Why you say? Because Bungie fails to execute such simple tasks that can be address. Good day!

1 ReplyI am also annoyed that they refuse to improve on the next gen platform because they don't want to give last gem the short stick. Well, they're all going to most likely get next gem eventually so why not give them an incentive. 1. Add in the better graphics that Bungie makes in concept before down grading it for console. This will help increasing the value of the game and making many of the areas more interesting and aesthetically pleasing. 2. It can allow for faster load times and also possibly better matchmaking. i.e. fewer laggy matches. 3. It will allow for significantly more vault space. When Bungie increased it last time they said it was the most they could do based on last gem limitations. Moving on from last gen, which will inevitably happen in the next year, will allow for the community to get much of what they are asking for along with whatever they have planned for future content, not necessarily dlc, to improve the game. If they truly want this game to last the ten years as they promised the, dinner they drop last gem the better chance they have at keeping their promise and having people still play the game.

Destiny is a huge FPS/MMO like game. Pokemon is a smaller RPG game so it's less complicated then Destiny. Destiny has so many other factors it has for coding a vault space that shares between 3 different characters. 3. If you really want more storage in Pokemon, then buy the PokeBank app for 3DS... 4. Never bring a Nintendo video game into a comparison argument or complaint for a game not published by them... Don't get me wrong, I love a good Nintendo game. If Bungie could do a better job with storage, that would be great.
