Hey i want to ask if i can get the devil you know in the house of wolves

1 ReplySupposedly, according to planet destinys Twitter, you can get vanilla legendary weapons from level 22 strikes and tdb weapons from level 26

I'm so annoyed I dismantled mine once damage levels increased. Figured I'd never use a 300 damage weapon again...
