Real shame bungie...
No matchmaking on raids and level 32 (Maybe 34) PoE. I don't have a fireteam, and although I have a gjallahorn no mic means I will never get a fireteam.

Edit: For the second option, armour cores ONCE a week or rarely, such as once every 3 PoEs.
