Gally will still be the best heavy weapon in the game. Nerfing wolfpack rounds by even 50% will still do 1000+ more damage than other rocketlaunchers Icebreaker is now 48 sec to full mag. Meh either way this doesn't effect anything.. Blackhammer is now a legendary sniper not an exotic.. you can still shoot 18+ rounds into a boss without reloading. Use a synth and then 36+ consistant crits... Assault rifle buff.. FINALLY! Shotguns.. meh they will still do more damage per clip than any other weapon type minus heavys.. Finally fusion rifles will be more consistent at close to medium range!
