If Destiny is an RPG...

Why can a warlock have as much or more armor (Ram helmet) than a titan? Why can a hunter recover as fast as a warlock? Why can a titan be as agile as a hunter? I truly don't get it, isn't Destiny supposed to have an RPG element to it? All of this would be like if in Skyrim the Khajiit night vision ability being also given to the Bretons, or the Argonian underwater breathing ability given to the Redguard. IT MAKES NO SENSE. It's just like what in the world was Bungie thinking?

  • Destinys development cycle was a wierd one. First, the stage where everything was planned out prototypes were made. (What we were advertised. (Warlocks didnt have more armor, no cut content etc.)) Then Asstivision comes running over and gives Bungie a shit ton of money to let Asstivision chop the -blam!- out of their game. After that, everyone at Bungie was constantly High as -blam!- from the blunts made of money and weed they were rolling, so all Asstivison was easily able to do whatever the -blam!- they wanted. Now here we are, with the DPS class out damaging the Tank class, simply in the name of profits for Bungievision.

Your argument is instantly invalid.

RPG = role playing game. Bloodborne is an RPG, but there aren't any classes. I see what you are getting at, but classes aren't essential for an RPG. Edit: leveling and gaining skills is an RPG element, which Destiny has. Multiple classes and specialized skills/stats is not essential for an RPG.

        • Welcome to Destiny. The game where everything's made up and balance doesn't matter.
