PS3 > PS4 free upgrade for TTK ?

Can't find info anywhere. Anyone know if TTK digital from psn store will offer free upgrade like vanilla , TDB + HoW... I still play on both consoles depending what room is free, and don't wanna buy both if 1s free via free upgrade. Thanks in advance

TTK hasn't been added to to upgrade promo yet. It's currently unknown whether it will be, Bungie hasn't confirmed or denied anything. http://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12122
