Will halo 5 be the next halo 3?
Will it have a strong custom games section?
Will it have a great forge?
Will it stay to the core whilst introducing some new features which work?
Will it have a decent skill based ranking system, will the game even take skill?
Will the game have good dlc map packs?
Will the game have lots of players for 3 years and make cod run for its money?
Will the game have a strong community which results in lots of custom game modes and maps and YouTube vids/comedy sketches?
Will the game have a better campaign than halo 3 and better music?

The music won't be Marty music, but Halo 3 has my second least favorite soundtrack. Half of it it rehashed Glorious Halo: CE ost.

Better music? Bahaha yeah not a chance buddy. And no it won't, the best halo in my opinion is Reach, which people are still ripping how much it sucks on my other post. They complain it isn't a remake of halo 1 and 2 basically, so if they add anything to it other then replicating 1 and 2 the people will obviously -blam!-ing hate it. Then they'll hate it cus it's a replicated. Can't win for shit

I feel like the campaign will be good, but I'll be holding off on my purchase because of how the bad the multiplayer was on MCC at launch. I hope for Halo's sake that the launch of Halo 5 goes a lot smoother.

[spoiler]not sure[/spoiler] What do you think?[/quote] 1.seeing the amount of feedback on halo 4's customs,I suppose so. 2.eyh I don't really use forge 3.On my end,yes. 4.I think the game will take skill,especially map control.Don't think there will be a rank system like halo 2/3 5.they already announced 15 free maps,so I believe so.(kinda expecting its campaign reskinned but meh,it's free) 6.no opinion 7.yes,hopefully the custom games settings have more customizations compared to 4 at least. 8.better campaign,to me,yes.Music,all halo music are great to me I do try to not let hype get to me because it killed some games for me.I might wait some time to see how halo 5 does on waypoint,here and other forums

Hopefully so, at least as good has halo 2 anniversary. Not sure how 343 managed to make forge worse in halo 4 but they succeeded. 3. Seems like it from the beta. There were some big issues however they have been addressed in patch notes, so I hope it works better. 4. Will it take skill? Yes, of some kind (definitely more than halo 4 at least). As for skill based matchmaking, PLEASE. 5. Unknown, but the doc maps are free so it won't hurt as much if they suck. 6.depends on the outcome of the above factors. 7. I certainly hope so, customs are essential (if halo 4 had customs that worked I would probably have never quit it, at least not so early) 8. Unknown, but hopefully. 343 is better with cinematics and characterization, however I'm not sure about the direction of the story. Plus, we still have at least one more game after 5 so it won't be some huge ending, probably more of a Cliffhangar ala halo 2. I have small hopes for halo 5. It seems much more promising than halo 4 was. My biggest concern at this point will be if 343 can actually manage servers (considering MCC is only just now starting to work properly i can't really hold my breath disguis, only hope it's resolved sooner rather than later).

on that custom games and community note, I read a little interview awhile ago. Here's a quote from june 19th 2015. Its the guys who work on red vs blue, and miles luna at the end is asked about halo 5 [quote] [b]How is Halo 5 going to affect the series? [/b] Luna: Well, actually, I've had the pleasure of getting some one-on-one time with the game a few weeks ago, and I'm so excited about being able to machinimate in Halo 5 – they've done a lot of things with the game that are going to make a lot of machinimators happy.
