Do I have to buy the Dlcs again?
My 360 broke and I traded it in for an Xbox One. When I buy Destiny again for the XboxOne do I have to buy all the dlc again?

Nope. The DLC purchased on X360 will be carried over to XONE. You will have to re download it though.
