If you want to do it legit: for Waves 2 and 3, have one person on the right side of the room (from the entrance), preferably a hunter. They can pick off enemies and cloak as needed to disarm the mine on that side. Hopefully it procs first, gets disarmed, then the hunter can help with the other two. The other two guardians should post up on the catwalk on the left of the arena. This makes disarming the nearest mine quite easy (1 can disarm while the other draws fire and works on enemies). If left-side mine spawns first a titan bubble or self rez can help knock mine B (always in the middle) out so that the hunter can pick up right side. Pro-tip: focus fire on the witches when they spawn. They are highly mobile and do a lot of damage. If you want to cheese: [spoiler]After the first wave, have all three guardians stand on the catwalk on the left area of the arena. A few thrall will spawn, but no other enemies will. Mines will spawn, have one person run out to dismantle them. After all of the mines have been dismantled, move out and clear the wave of enemies.
