Epic fail youve seen or done.
I've seen so many fails and done so many. Here's some: crucible(control)(me) it voidwalker time I say and I'm about to shoot the void and I got shot by no land be on. Next one team in VOG me and one guy both got cleansed and went out the portal the guy next to me does not look where he teleports and tries to teleport to the shield and plop he missed the edge of the floor by a centimeters and falls to his doom.

Tried to shoulder charge an enemy, I missed and fell off the map.

Missed the Untamed with a nova bomb and then floated off the edge of the map

Epic fail on someone else's part: During ToO on Widow's court, my team got mauled by shotguns, so I hid in a doorway, and popped out and smashed everyone on their team with Fist of Havoc. (Titan Master Race)

I was doing the nightfall earlier (solo) and forgot to put ghost out at the beginning. I didn't realise so when I got to the door at the Iron Line I was confused and went all the way round through the Valley of Kings. Then it still didn't work so I went to orbit and tried it again, thought it was glitches and then realised :/
